This initial session is designed to help you discover the genetic personality dispositions you brought into the world and the major interacting life experiences that you have had as you have developed into who you are today.
We begin the transformative process by identifying and illuminating your subpersonalities and soul. Elaborating on the Jungian and Sanskrit concept of the mandala (sacred circle), your subpersonalities and soul lie within the container or circle of you. ($400)

After the initial discovery session, using the Self Soul Spirit approach, follow up one-on-one sessions can be catered to your individualized needs and desires.

Wilderness Encounter
Each human’s path into the wilderness is unique, filled with various intentions. We can go to seek healing, a clearer purpose, to release, or simply to be. Whatever our path, the wilderness can provide a mirror for us that shows us what we need to see. Often this mirror shows us a reflection of ourselves embedded in a deep connection to all that is living.
Wilderness Encounters was founded by Dr. Roger Strachan in 1973. The effectiveness of its offerings for clients has inspired us to reinvigorate this program as part of Center For Creative Choice. At CCC, we offer our clients the vast opportunities the wilderness has to generously give. Whether you are working with one of our facilitators 1 on 1 or are seeking to join a nature fast offering, the wilderness is beyond a tool we use - it is another witness on your unique journey.
Plato said, “We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.” The wilderness provides us space to encounter both the dark and light of life, the ups and downs, the grief and joy, all while being held in an embrace that is tangible beyond words.
We are human beings, divinely filled with innate worth. This is what the wilderness reminds us of when we chose to spend time with her. The wilderness is an elder in a society that has often lost its indigenous roots of community. Malidome Some says, “Elders are to be honored in a way that allows them to function as anchors giving the rest of us the power to know that we are living for something that is bigger than us.” It is here in the wilderness, we receive the power and wisdom from the most ancient of elders.

Offerings: Nature Fast
A nature fast is a time to be with your soul, the essence of your life force within, and receive or renew vision(s) for your life. It is a time to sit with the question, “Where are you going in your unique life”? The word, fast, simply acknowledges the simplicity of life without distractions in nature. Fast can include fasting from food, but it is not necessary in order to have an enriching and powerful experience!
This 4 day/3 night experience is spent solo, with safety checks twice a day between participants and/or facilitator(s). This offering includes two preparation sessions in order to set intentions and follow the energy of what led you here. This time also will cover any questions you have surrounding things like what to pack, how you want to spend your time while in the wilderness, who is the community supporting you/”traveling” with you while you are out, and a few exercises to help prepare your soul. There is also one integration session following the experience. Cost: $875
